Previews for nursery decor, name signs, and personalised gifts can be requested via e-mail (info@treasureboxstudio.com), but they are not automatically sent out. Orders will be made based on the information you provide us when you add the item to your basket. As such, please check all the details are correct before making payment. When ordering business, event and wedding signage, a proof design of the sign ordered with the specifications chosen when ordering will be emailed to you for approval. Once proofed amendments cannot be made. Any spelling mistakes or incorrect details provided will need to rectified before proofing.

We aim to send design previews no later than 1 week into the order process if not sooner. 

We do ask that our previews are replied to within 2 days, this is to keep your order on time. 

We will not send signs without being proofed prior to being made. 

We recommend ordering in plenty of time. A minimum of 2 months prior to the required date, more time if possible. This is to give plenty of time for design proofs + shipping. 

If you are unsure on colours we 100% recommend ordering samples to see the colours in person first. You can order samples here. We do aim to ship samples within a week of ordering.

Currently our lead time is 3 weeks from production to delivery. Each item is personalised and hand finished especially for you! We also take time to carry out quality checks to ensure your order is of the highest standard. Some items have a quicker lead time, it just depends on the nature of the order. When ordering please ensure that you have allowed enough time for the item to arrive for your required date. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery after sending in your order via our website (not including international orders). If you do need your item for a particular date please contact us at info@treasureboxstudio.com and let us know the date you require it by. We can then confirm if we are able to meet the deadline provided. 

Items under 60cm are sent First Class with Royal Mail (Tracked). The charge for this service is £5.99. Standard delivery can take up to 7 working days if ordering from within Europe. If outside of Europe please allow up to 14 working days. If you need your order quicker you can opt for express delivery at an extra charge. For items 60cm or over we use DHL Express as our courier. This is an express tracked delivery service (two working days for signs shipped within Europe and up to four working days for signs shipped outside of Europe). The charge for this service is £8.99. All orders over £150 qualify for free delivery.

On occasion there might be postal delays which are outside of our control. Issues such as adverse weather conditions, postal strikes or customs clearance can all contribute to postal delays.

*Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Treasure Box Studio Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We pride ourselves on our service so all wall signs are supplied with a template to help you position your sign on the wall, strips of 3M tape for mounting your item as well as full instructions on how to do this.

You can choose to use any other mounting technique if you prefer. We do not take any responsibility for the way you mount our pieces to surfaces.

All of our items are personalised and are to order, just for you. For this reason we are unable to accept returns/refunds. If you need to cancel an order, please do this within 24 hours of placing the order. After this it will not be possible to cancel your order.
